🥜 Peanut Butter Crunch Lasagna 🍫

Ingredients:
Layer 1 – Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Mixture:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Layer 2 – Chocolate Pudding:
1 (3.4 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups milk
Layer 3 – Crunchy Topping:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped peanuts or peanuts in pieces (optional)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:
1️⃣ Make Peanut Butter Layer:
In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare Chocolate Pudding:
In another bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions by whisking together pudding mix and milk. Let it set in the fridge for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Prepare Crunchy Topping:
In a separate bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Add chopped peanuts if using, and mix until well combined.
4️⃣ Layer the Lasagna:
In a 9x9-inch dish or similar-sized baking pan, layer the peanut butter mixture, then the chocolate pudding, and then the graham cracker crunch mixture. Repeat layers if desired, finishing with the graham cracker crunch layer on top.
5️⃣ Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully chilled and set. Top with mini chocolate chips before serving.
