Directions:
Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
Prepare the Ingredients:
Cook rice according to package instructions. Slice the avocado, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
