Beef Pepper Stir-Fry 🥩🌶️
Ingredients:
1 lb beef strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 cup beef broth or water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp oil
Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, toss beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of pepper. Let marinate 10 mins.
2. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté garlic and onion, then add bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2–3 mins.
4. Return beef to the pan, add oyster sauce and broth. Simmer 3–5 mins until sauce thickens.
5. Serve hot over rice!
