Ingredients:
Seafood:
4 salmon fillets (skin-on or off)
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
Salt & black pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Garlic Cream Sauce:
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
---
Instructions:
1. Season & sear the salmon:
Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Sear salmon, skin-side down first, for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the shrimp:
In the same skillet, add butter and shrimp. Season lightly and sauté for 2–3 mins until pink and just cooked. Remove and keep warm.
3. Make the garlic cream sauce:
In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 1 min. Pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan, paprika, and lemon juice. Let it thicken for 2–3 mins.
4. Combine:
Return salmon and shrimp to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the top and let everything simmer together for 2 mins.
5. Serve:
Sprinkle with parsley and black pepper. Best served with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
