Chicken Marsala - The Best Chicken Breast I’ve Ever Made
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup Marsala wine
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Dredge chicken in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, heat olive oil, cook chicken until golden, then set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, add mushrooms, then pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil, then return chicken to the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes, until sauce thickens.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
