🍗 Creamy Garlic Herb Chicken Breasts 🧄🌿

🛒 Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts (or thighs), about 150–180g each 🍗

1 tbsp olive oil 🛢

2 tbsp butter 🧈

3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄

200ml heavy cream 🥛

100ml chicken broth 🍗

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

½ tsp dried thyme 🌿

½ tsp dried oregano or rosemary

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté garlic for about 1 minute.

Stir in chicken broth, Dijon mustard, thyme, and oregano. Simmer briefly, then add the heavy cream. Stir and let it cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it. Let simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.

💡 Tips:
Add a splash of lemon juice for brightness.

Mushrooms or spinach make great add-ins.

For extra richness, stir in a bit of grated parmesan.
