1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup refried beans
For the Sauce:

2 cups red enchilada sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
For Assembly:

4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole

1️⃣ Cook the Filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain grease, stir in taco seasoning, and mix well. Add rice and refried beans, stirring until combined.
