🍂Ingredients
4 fish fillets (cod, sea bass, or snapper)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup capers, drained
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh dill (optional)
🍂Procedure
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
🔸Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Prep the Fish
🔸Pat the fish dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Step 3: Assemble the Dish
🔸Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil in a baking dish and spread the minced garlic.
🔸Arrange the fish fillets, then top with tomatoes, olives, capers, and red onion.
🔸Lay lemon slices over the fillets and sprinkle red pepper flakes if using.
