Delicious Bacon Fried Rice
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup fried diced bacon
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 onion diced
2 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
3 cups cooked rice (I prefer 1 day old)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup green onion
In a pan, fried the diced bacon. Set aside. Remove oil or use 2 tablespoons oil. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the rice. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add the bacon and the peas and carrots. Mix till combined and cook for another 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and ground black pepper. Mix well. Garnish with green onions and extra bacon. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
