Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp black pepper (freshly ground)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the mushrooms, bell pepper (if using), and onion. Cook for 3–4 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
3️⃣ Add Garlic & Seasoning:
Stir in the garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4️⃣ Combine Sauce Ingredients:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet.
5️⃣ Finish the Dish:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss everything together, ensuring the chicken and vegetables are coated in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
6️⃣ Serve:
Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
