I use 2 boxes of the rice $1.28 a box and I usually use 2 cans of chicken, but I only had one on hand $1.26 a can. I top with cheese around $2
Follow directions for rice on box. Once the rice is done mix in chicken and top with cheese. This fed 2 adults and we had leftovers
