Garlic Butter Shrimp and Rice Stack
📋 Ingredients:
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 3 cups cooked rice
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped parsley for garnish
🍽️ Directions:
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp are pink, about 4-5 minutes.
4. In serving glasses or bowls, layer rice and shrimp mixture.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
