🍫 Brownie Lover's Peanut Butter Pizza 🍕
Ingredients:
For the Brownie Base:
2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
⅓ cup canola oil
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
For the Toppings:
½ cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped candy (e.g., peanut butter cups, Snickers, 3 Musketeers)
¼ cup Reese’s Pieces or M&Ms
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pizza pan or a round baking dish for easy removal.
Mix the Brownie Batter:
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate, canola oil, and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the flour and salt until just combined—avoid overmixing to maintain a fudgy texture.
Spread the Batter:
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pizza pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom using a spatula. Ensure the layer is smooth and consistent.
Bake the Brownie Base:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The edges should be set while the center remains slightly gooey.
Add Chocolate Chips:
Remove the brownie from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the surface. Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 2 minutes to allow the chocolate chips to melt slightly.
Top with Candy:
Remove the brownie from the oven again and immediately spread the chopped candy and Reese’s Pieces or M&Ms over the melted chocolate chips. Use a spatula to gently press them into the surface if needed.
Cool & Slice:
Allow the Brownie Lover's Peanut Butter Pizza to cool completely on a wire rack. Once cooled, slice it into wedges like a pizza for easy serving.
Serve & Enjoy:
Serve this decadent treat warm or at room temperature. It’s perfect for sharing with friends and family or enjoying as a luxurious solo indulgence.
Helpful Tips:
For added richness, drizzle melted peanut butter over the top after cooling.
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
