Ingredients:
Grilled chicken breast (sliced)
Sweet corn
Steamed broccoli
Mixed greens
Cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
Layer greens at the bottom. Add chicken, corn, and veggies. Season with salt, pepper, and vinaigrette.

Soft-boiled egg

Cherry tomatoes (variety)
Brussels sprouts (sliced)
Mixed greens
Instructions:
Arrange all ingredients over greens. Add a drizzle of lemon or garlic olive oil.

Ingredients:
Grilled shrimp and fish pieces
Quail eggs (boiled)
Corn
Wild rice
Leafy greens
Instructions:
Spoon wild rice and greens into a bowl. Top with seafood, corn, and eggs. Garnish with herbs if desired.

Leafy greens
Instructions:
Place greens as the base. Add the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle with black pepper and fresh lime juice.
