For the Chicken in Cream Sauce:
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 tbsp olive oil

200 ml heavy cream
1 tbsp tomato paste
½ tsp paprika

For the Roasted Potatoes:
500 g baby potatoes, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, and dried herbs (thyme or rosemary)
For the Rice:
200 g basmati rice
400 ml water

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs, and roast for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy. Meanwhile, cook the rice with salted water until fluffy. For the chicken, heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, then add chicken and cook until golden. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–8 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve everything in a bowl with a sprinkle of fresh parsley!
