Cheesy Broccoli Rice Bake

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, 3/4 cup cheese, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
