Crockpot Dinner Recipe (Huge family favorite!!)
✨Crockpot Orange Chicken
1. 2.5 pound chicken cut into cubes. Toss chicken in 1/2 cup corn starch.
2. Heat a skillet to high heat and add a few tablespoons of oil. Add your chicken for just a few minutes until lightly browned.
3. Add your chicken to your crockpot.
4. Next in a separate bowl add: 1 jar orange marmalade (18 oz), 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1 tsp minced ginger, 1 scoops minced garlic, 1 TBSP sesame oil, 1 1/2 TBSP rice vinegar and 3 tsp red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
5. Pour over your chicken in the crock pot. And mix a bit.
6. Cook on low 2-3 hours.
7. Enjoy! Top with sesame seeds and green onions!
