❤️ UBE CHEESE BUCHI RECIPE ❤️
Ingredients:👇👇👇
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup hot water
2 cups glutinous rice flour
cheese cubes (any brand or Eden)
2 tbsp. UBE food flavoring with color
sesame seeds (for dipping)
oil (for deep-frying)
Procedure:
1.Add the sugar in a bowl and 2 tbsp Ube food flavoring with color Add the hot water and stir well until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
2.On a separate bowl, add the glutinous rice flour.Then add the wet mixture (under step 1) The dough should be sticky but not too wet.
3.Knead the dough for 2 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes. (Para Hindi po mabigla Ang dough Ng butchi para maganda siya i-bilog.
4.Scoop around 1 tablespoon of the dough and roll into a ball using your palms. Flatten the ball and place a cheese cube. Roll the dough into a ball again. Repeat this step with the rest of the ingredients.
5.In a small bowl, add a tablespoon of glutinous rice flour and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir until the flour dissolves. (Ito Yung gagamitin para I dip Ang butchi balla bago sa sesame seeds.
6.In a flat plate, add some sesame seeds. Dip the buchi rolls in the flour and water mixture (step 5) and then coat with sesame seeds. Roll the buchi balls again using your palms to help remain the sesame seeds intact
7.Repeat this step with the rest of the buchi balls.
8.Heat some oil for deep-frying. Fry the buchi balls using low heat for a few minutes until it floats or maging golden brown na.
9.Once it floats, cook for another 2 to 3 minutes while submerging them a bit into the oil.
