Classic Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and cover with foil.
4. Bake for 40 minutes, then uncover and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
