PEANUT MISO STEAK RAMEN & DUMPLINGS
1 ribeye
Flaky sea salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
Sesame Oil
1 pack frozen bibigo dumplings
1 disc ramen, pack discarded and cooked
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp white miso
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup coconut milk
2 cloves minced garlic
Garnish:
Chilis
Green onions
Sesame seeds
Cilantro
Chili oil
More soy sauce for extra flavor
Egg marinade:
3/4 cup soy
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup or brown sugar
7 cloves smashed or minced garlic
3 stalks chopped green onions
Marinate atleast 30 minutes but better if overnight.
Season steak with flaky salt and cracked pepper. Cook steak to your preference. Set aside and allow to rest before slicing.
Prepare dumplings according to package directions. Put aside.
Over medium heat add sesame oil and then garlic. Cook 1 minute before adding in peanut butter and miso. Slowly add in broth, making sure to stir while adding. Slowly add in coconut milk. Bring to a slow simmer and add in soy sauce.
Assemble your bowl by adding noodles, dumplings, peanut miso broth, steak, eggs, cilantro, chili oil, sesame seeds, chilis and green onions. Enjoy!
