For the Chicken:
Chicken breast (cubed)
Olive oil ๐ซ
Paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper
Cream or crรจme fraรฎche ๐ฅ
Tomato paste
Chopped parsley ๐ฟ
For the Potatoes:
Baby potatoes (quartered)
Olive oil
Dried herbs (oregano, thyme, or Italian mix)
Salt & pepper
For the Rice:
Basmati or jasmine rice ๐
Salt, water
Fresh parsley for garnish

Roast the potatoes:
Toss potatoes in olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Roast at 200ยฐC (390ยฐF) for 25 minutes until golden.
Cook the chicken:
In a pan, sear seasoned chicken cubes until browned. Stir in tomato paste, cream, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Prepare the rice:
Boil rice with salted water until fluffy, then garnish with chopped parsley.
Assemble the bowl:
Serve a portion of rice, a scoop of roasted potatoes, and the creamy chicken. Spoon extra sauce over everything.
