🍗🌿 Creamy Garlic Herb Chicken over Rice

🛒 Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 🍗
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter 🧈
3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 tsp dried Italian herbs (or a mix of basil, oregano, thyme)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
2 cups cooked white rice 🍚
👨🍳 Instructions:
Season & cook chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown on all sides and cooked through. Set aside.
Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and herbs, sauté for 1 minute. Pour in cream and broth, stirring to combine.
Add Parmesan: Simmer until slightly thickened (4–5 minutes), then stir in cheese. Add chicken back into the sauce and coat well.
Serve: Spoon chicken and sauce over cooked rice and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
