Beef & Veggie Fried Rice Stir-Fry 🥢

Ingredients:

1 lb beef steak, diced

2 cups cooked rice (cold)

1 cup broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 carrot, julienned

2 cups spinach or kale

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok.

2. Sauté garlic, then add beef. Stir-fry until browned.

3. Toss in broccoli, peppers, and carrots; stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

4. Add the rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

5. Stir in spinach until wilted and everything is coated well.

6. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring often. Serve hot!
