HONEY GARLIC SHRIMP AND BROCCOLI BOWL
Sweet, savory, and packed with smoky grilled goodness!
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cooked jasmine rice (for serving)
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Directions:
1️⃣ Marinate the Shrimp:
In a bowl, mix shrimp with soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook the Broccoli:
Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 15 minutes or until lightly charred, or grill alongside the shrimp.
3️⃣ Grill the Shrimp:
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked and lightly charred.
4️⃣ Prepare the Creamy Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
5️⃣ Assemble the Bowls:
Place a scoop of rice in each bowl, top with roasted broccoli and grilled shrimp, and drizzle generously with the creamy sauce.
