Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry with Rice
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked jasmine rice
2 chicken thighs or breast, cubed
1 cup sliced green bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced red bell peppers
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
3. Stir in peppers and cook for 3–4 mins.
4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to coat.
5. Serve hot with cooked rice.
