Ingredients:
For the Beef: 1 lb thin beef strips π₯©
1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger 1 garlic clove, minced π§
For the Bowl:
1 cup shredded red cabbage π
Β½ cup shredded carrots π₯
Β½ bell pepper, julienned (any color) π«
Β½ cup cooked brown rice or soba noodles π
ΒΌ cup edamame beans
Side: Spicy peanut dressing π₯

Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Marinate & Cook Beef:
Toss beef with soy, sesame oil, garlic & ginger. Cook in skillet until tender and golden.
2οΈβ£ Prepare Slaw: Mix cabbage, carrots, and pepper. Toss with a little lime juice and salt.
3οΈβ£ Assemble Bowl: Layer rice/noodles, slaw, beef, edamame.
4οΈβ£ Finish: Drizzle with peanut dressing, garnish with sesame seeds.
