Sweet Baby Ray’s Crockpot Chicken
Tender, juicy chicken slow-cooked in Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce—easy, delicious, and perfect for busy days!
Ingredients:
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 bottle (18 oz) Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1 Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2 In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
3 Pour the sauce over the chicken, coating evenly.
4 Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
5 Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to coat in the sauce.
6 Serve on buns, over rice, or with a side of veggies.
