Reese's Peanut Butter Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup milk (or buttermilk for extra richness)
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- ½ cup Reese’s Pieces (optional for extra crunch & color)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir until just combined.
6. Fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces if using.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
8. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Tips:
