Ingredients
For the Grilled Chicken:

For the Bowl:
π 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cilantro-lime rice)
π« 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
π½ 1/2 cup roasted or steamed corn

1/2 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo
π₯¬ 1/2 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
π₯ 1 avocado, sliced
Optional Garnishes:
π§ 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
πΆοΈ Sliced jalapeΓ±os for heat
πΏ Fresh cilantro
π Lime wedges

Instructions
1οΈβ£ Marinate and Grill the Chicken:
In a bowl, combine garlic, chili powder, cumin, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken and coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

Cook rice according to package instructions (add lime juice and chopped cilantro for extra flavor if desired).
Roast or steam corn, and prepare other toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, and avocado.
