Chicken breast (cubed)
Cornstarch
Soy sauce
Egg

Vinegar (white or rice)

Brown sugar or honey
Garlic (minced)

Green bell pepper
Red bell pepper

Instructions
Coat the chicken in a mix of egg and cornstarch, then lightly fry until golden. Sauté bell peppers (and onion if using) in a pan until slightly soft. In another pan, mix sauce ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened. Combine the chicken and veggies with the sauce, toss well, and cook for a few minutes until sticky and glossy. Serve hot over fluffy rice!
