Rainbow Salmon Protein Bowl 🍣🥑
Ingredients:
🍣 Fresh salmon (sliced)
🍚 Cooked brown or purple rice
🥑 Avocado (sliced)
🧀 Cheese cubes (cheddar & mozzarella)
🥦 Steamed broccoli
🍅 Cherry tomatoes (halved)
🥒 Cucumber (diced)
🍅 Diced tomatoes
🧄 Whipped feta or labneh with olive oil & sesame seeds
🌿 Chopped green onions or parsley
Instructions:
Arrange all ingredients in sections around a large plate or bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the cheese and salmon if desired.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and herbs for garnish.
