🇮🇹 Risotto al Limone (Lemon Risotto) ❤️
A creamy and zesty risotto bursting with fresh lemon flavor—simple, comforting, and elegant!
Ingredients:
200 g Arborio rice
1 lemon, zested and juiced
25 g Parmesan cheese (about 1/4 cup)
750 ml vegetable broth (warm)
30 g butter (about 2 tablespoons)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
🧈 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add rice and stir for 2 minutes.
🍋 Pour in lemon juice and zest. Stir until absorbed.
🥄 Gradually add warm broth, one ladle at a time, stirring constantly.
