Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp Skewers 🍤🍍
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
1 pineapple (cut into chunks, optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
2️⃣ Add shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
3️⃣ Thread shrimp onto skewers, alternating with pineapple chunks if using.
4️⃣ Grill skewers over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are cooked through and slightly charred.
5️⃣ Brush with extra marinade while grilling and serve hot.
Notes:
Serve over rice or a salad for a full meal.
Add vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini to the skewers for variety.
