Smothered Cube Steak
Start by seasoning 4 cube steaks with McCormick Montreal Steak seasoning and McCormick Smash Burger seasoning, then place them in the bottom of a slow cooker. In a bowl, combine 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of French onion soup, 1 packet of Au Jus gravy mix, and about 1/2 can of water, then pour this mixture over the steaks. Top with sliced fresh mushrooms and half a sliced onion. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the steaks are tender. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles, and add a salad or vegetable on the side.
