500g ground beef or lamb
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
3-4 green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 cup oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large pot and sauté onions until golden.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
3. Stir in tomatoes and cook until soft.
4. Add ground meat, cooking until browned.
5. Mix in turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander, and salt. Stir well.
6. Add potatoes and a cup of water. Bring to a simmer.
7. Cover and let cook for 20-25 minutes.
8. Sprinkle garam masala, adjust salt, and garnish.
9. Serve with naan, roti, or basmati rice.
