Snickers & Reese's Cookie Dough Ice Cream Extravaganza 🍫🍦
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup chopped Snickers bars
1 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined. Add vanilla extract and milk, and mix well.
Gradually add flour and stir until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Spread half of the cookie dough mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Layer with half of the chopped Snickers bars and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the candy layer.
Sprinkle the remaining chopped Snickers bars and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups over the ice cream.
Crumble the remaining cookie dough mixture on top.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, use chocolate or peanut butter ice cream instead of vanilla.
