Peanut Butter Blossoms with Sarris Chocolate!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Granulated sugar (for rolling)
Sarris Milk Chocolate Blossoms (or your favorite chocolates)
Directions:
Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dough: Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
Shape & Coat: Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar to coat. Place on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are set but cookies are still soft.
Add Chocolate: Immediately press a Sarris Milk Chocolate Blossom into the center of each cookie. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
