Ingredients:
• 1 large cabbage
• 500 g ground beef (or pork/veal mix)
• 100 g cooked rice
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 egg
• 400 g crushed tomatoes
• 500 ml vegetable or chicken broth
• Olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water until softened.
2️⃣ Mix meat, rice, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Place filling inside each cabbage leaf, roll tightly.
4️⃣ Arrange rolls in a pot with crushed tomatoes and broth.
5️⃣ Simmer gently for 1–1.5 hrs until tender.
