For the Meatballs:
500 g ground beef or pork (or mix)
1 egg π₯
Β½ cup breadcrumbs
ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped πΏ
For the Sauce & Topping:
2 cups marinara sauce π
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Extra parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 200Β°C (390Β°F). In a large bowl, mix all meatball ingredients by hand until just combined. Roll into 16β18 meatballs and place in a greased baking dish. Pour marinara sauce evenly over meatballs and top with mozzarella. Bake for 20β25 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and cheese is golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
