Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Add the old-fashioned oats, chocolate protein powder, mini chocolate chips, and flaxseed meal to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
Once chilled, remove the mixture from the refrigerator. Using clean hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Repeat until all of the mixture has been rolled into balls.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the peanut butter protein balls set for at least 1 hour before serving.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
