🇮🇹 Italian Stuffed Peppers (Beef and Rice Filled Peppers) Colorful bell peppers filled with savory beef, rice, and melted cheese!
Ingredients:
• 4 large bell peppers
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 cup cooked rice
• 1 cup marinara sauce
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 onion, chopped
• Olive oil
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. 🌶️ Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds, and drizzle with olive oil.
2. 🍳 Cook beef and onion until browned, mix in rice and marinara.
3. 🥄 Stuff peppers with beef mixture, top with cheese.
4. 🔥 Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until tender and cheesy!
