• 1½ cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

• Salt & pepper to taste



🥣 Parmesan-Garlic Yogurt Cream Sauce
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp lemon juice 🍋
• Salt & pepper to taste
Water (to thin, if needed)



🔥 Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken
• In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
• Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
• Remove from skillet and set aside.



2. Cook the Vegetables
• In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
• Add garlic, spinach, and cherry tomatoes.
• Sauté until spinach wilts and tomatoes soften slightly, about 3–4 minutes.
• Season with salt and pepper and set aside.



3. Prepare the Parmesan-Garlic Rice
• In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
• Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
• Stir in cooked rice and grated Parmesan.
• Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.



4. Make the Parmesan-Garlic Cream Sauce
• In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
• Add water a teaspoon at a time until the sauce reaches a creamy, drizzleable consistency.
