For the Mustard Herb Sauce:
1 tbsp butter ๐ง
1 clove garlic, minced ๐ง
1 tsp flour ๐พ
3/4 cup (180 ml) chicken broth ๐ฒ
2 tsp Dijon mustard ๐ฟ
2 tbsp heavy cream or crรจme fraรฎche ๐ฅ
1 tsp lemon juice ๐
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried) ๐ฟ
For Serving:
1 cup cooked white rice ๐

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 6โ7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan, sautรฉ garlic, then stir in flour. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth, add mustard, cream, lemon juice, and parsley. Let simmer for 2โ3 minutes until slightly thickened. Slice the chicken, plate it over rice, and drizzle generously with the mustard herb sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy warm!
