π Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts π
Salt & black pepper to taste π§
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 small onion, finely chopped
200 ml (ΒΎ cup) chicken broth
200 ml (ΒΎ cup) heavy cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp butter π§
Fresh parsley, chopped πΏ
Optional: grated parmesan cheese π§

Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 5β6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, sautΓ© garlic and onion until soft. Add broth, cream, mustard, Italian seasoning, and butter. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for a few more minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and optional parmesan. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta!
