Peanut butter cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and press with fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool before removing from cookie sheet.
I cook mine for about 9 minutes. Depends on how soft you want them.
