Marinated Chicken
Boneless chicken breast or thighs, cubed π

Instructions:
Marinate the chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and garlic-ginger paste for at least an hour. Grill or pan-sear until slightly charred. For the sauce, melt butter in a pan, sautΓ© onions until soft, then add garlic-ginger paste and tomato puree. Cook down until thick, add spices, salt, sugar, and cream. Stir in grilled chicken, simmer until the sauce is rich and creamy. Serve with hot basmati rice and garnish with herbs.
Tips & Variations:
Use coconut milk instead of cream for a dairy-free version. Add a pinch of fenugreek for authentic flavor. Great with naan or roti too!
