• 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

🔥 Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken
• Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
• Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
• Toss in chicken pieces and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
• Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.



2. Roast the Potatoes
• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.



3. Prepare the Rice
