🥄 2 tbsp tamarind paste
🌿 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
🍯 1 tbsp honey
🍋 Juice of 1 lime
🧂 1/2 tsp salt
🌶️ 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
🥄 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
For the Mango Chili Salsa:

🥭 1 ripe mango, diced
🌶️ 1 small red chili, finely chopped (adjust for spice level)
🧅 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
🌿 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
🍋 Juice of 1 lime
🧂 Pinch of salt
Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, whisk together tamarind paste, grated ginger, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
