2½ cups milk chocolate chips
1½ tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
Peanut Butter Filling
1⅓ cups powdered sugar
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
Prepare the pan

Lightly grease a 9-inch fluted tart pan (or similar pie/tart dish).

Make the first chocolate layer

Melt the milk chocolate chips with the oil. You can do this in the microwave: heat for about 45 seconds, stir, then heat additional 15-second intervals if needed until smooth.

Spoon about half of the melted chocolate into the prepared pan. Spread evenly over the bottom and up the sides. Chill in the refrigerator so this layer sets while you make the peanut butter filling.

Make the peanut butter filling

In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, and melted butter. Mix until fully smooth and uniform.

Assemble pie

Remove the pan with the first chocolate layer from the fridge. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over it.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer; smooth it out toward the edges. Tap the pan gently to release air bubbles.

Chill

Refrigerate the assembled pie for at least 3 hours to allow layers to firm up completely.

Slice & serve

For cleaner slices, let the pie sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before slicing. Use a sharp knife to cut into wedges. Store leftovers in the fridge.
