Best Noodles Stirfry Recipes!

1. Korean Japchae! 🥰
Ingredients:
Beef and marinade:
1/2 pound beef flanks sliced in strips thinly
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sesame oil
Noodles and veggies:
1 pack Korean sweet potato noodles
1 cup sliced carrots
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced bell peppers
1 onions sliced
1 pack baby spinach, washed and sautéed
2 eggs beaten, fried and sliced
Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sesame seeds
*Oil for sautéing
Procedures:
Marinate the beef in a large bowl. Set aside for at least 30 minutes. So while waiting….
Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon oil, saute onions till translucent. Add mushrooms and saute till tender. Set aside.
Add more oil and saute the carrots till tender. Set aside.
Add oil and saute the bell peppers till tender. Set aside.
Add oil, stirfry the spinach. Set aside.
Cook the noodles in boiling water until softened to its desired consistency. Coat with 1 tbsp oil and mix well. Set aside.
In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons oil and fry the marinated beef. Cook until tender. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add the cooked noodles. Then, add the stirfried veggies one at a time (mushrooms, onions, carrots, bell peppers and spinach). Then, sliced fried eggs and the fried beef. Pour the sauce. Mix well till combined. Garnish with extra sesame seeds. Enjoy!
2. “Singapore Noodles”

Recipe:
8 oz vermicelli noodles (soaked in hot water)
3 eggs, beaten in a bowl
1 cup shrimp (deveined!
1/2 onion- sliced
3 cloves garlic
2 cups bean sprouts
1/2 cup green onions
2-3 tablespoons oil
Curry Sauce:
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white sugar
*mix everything in a small bowl and set aside.
Garnish: sesame seeds (optional)
Steps:
In a large bowl, add the vermicelli noodles and soak in hot water for 5-8 minutes till softened. Drain the water and set aside.
In a large pan, add 1 tablespoon oil. Fry the eggs. Cook and slice. Then, set aside. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the shrimp for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon oil and saute the onions and garlic until translucent. Add carrots, bell peppers and noodles. Mix well. Add bean sprouts and the prepared sauce. Mix well until combine. Add the cooked eggs, cooked shrimp and green onion. Mix well until incorporated. Remove from heat. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
3. Craving this lately- Filipino Pancit Bihon
Recipe:
1 small pack Golden noodles - 8 oz pack - soaked in water till softened
2 cups ham/chicken or any meat of choice
1 bunch cabbage sliced thinly
1 Carrot thinly slices
1 Onion Cut thin slices
3 Cloves Garlic Finely chopped
5 sweet peppers sliced
3 tbsp oil
1 cup green onions sliced
Stir Fry Sauce:
3 tbsp Light soy sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 cup water
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Steps:
First, soak the noodles in the hot water for 10 minutes. Then rinse with cold water, and set aside.
Mix all the stir fry sauce ingredients in a small bowl, whisk and set it aside.
In a pan, heat the oil, add garlic and stir for a few seconds. Follow with the onion and slices of ham. Mix and fry for few minutes. Add carrots and saute till tender. Add softened noodles.
Next add the cabbage, and sweet peppers, stir well. Add the sauce mixture in.
Toss well to combine everything evenly and cook until the noodles absorbed all the sauce. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
